Lord Yukimura’s presence has been requested at the capital for a tea party, unfortunately many of his enemies are undoubtedly going to be there as well. To make matters worse a mandate is issued that no fighting shall occur within the capital during the tea party, under penalty of law, how will Saizo manage to keep the hotheaded Kamanosuke under control?
