    Origin

    Boris Thorax came into power over all of Europe.  He became dictator after the wars of the 1950's that destroyed the continent.  He was not satisfied with it however and became an enemy of the United States.  He even worked with aliens on the moon in the year 2000 to hurl the planet Tarsis at the United States but the plan was foiled by Rex Dexter who got the planet to crash harmlessly in the ocean and seemingly kill Thorax.

    Boris Thorax was created by Dick Briefer.  Boris Thorax is the first published villain Dexter ever faces.
