In this second and final volume of the series, Al Chrysler is back on the streets of New York after ten years in prison. He quickly sees just how much the world has changed, and how much he has lost, as he tries to find a new place for himself. With his old enemies lurking around every corner, he signs on to defend his adopted homeland, and ships out overseas. So it is that Al Chrysler’s past and present meet in a muddy, battle-torn village in World War II Germany, where he is forced to finally come to terms with the full weight of his true name: Altenberg Ferguson.
