Well, I could refer you to the Booster Gold page, but I doubt you'd actually go and read it. I mostly like him because he acts like a normal human being. He's sort of selfish, but still likeable. He's not smart, but he's certainly not stupid. Plus, Time Travel = Win.

Well, yeah. That's his thing. He borrows the technology of others. I mean, like I said, he's not the most selfless guy. He got started by wanting to make a buck and a name for himself, and did so by cribbing Legion technology. However, he's got the right goal in mind, and that's to help others.

I mean, Batman's "powers" aren't "real" either. He uses tech, his brain, and his brawn. Booster is the same, just less brain.

the same kid your crazy. bats made his stuff and last time i read about Booster he stole, not borrowed, stole from the musiam that he worked for. he was also kicke out of foot ball for betting on his games and when he came back to our time he is still betting, and you think that thats good for a hero? no he'd make a better villan.

I'm not saying that they're completely the same, and yes, he did steal his original technology. However, I believe at some point during his ongoing series the Legion formally forgave him because of the good that he did. And he has since changed from how he was when he would bet on his own games. There are plenty of heroes that do questionable things, even more so than Booster.

Xavier (all that mess with Vulcan and the other X-men

Every member of the Authority (they took over the world)

2- Obsidian, member of the JSA and son of Alan Scott, tried to take over the world twice.

3- Hal Jordan became Parallax and slaughtered the Green Lantern Corps

4- Martian Manhunter became Fernus and almost engulfed the world in Nuclear winter

And what did Booster do? Steal some tech to help people? Wow. Real Villainous.

I do love Punisher but i do branch out man i do read other comic books and Booster what i have which isnt much i have grown to ahte the man at times and love him i disliked how he could have saved Sue Dibny but hey life goes on so should u GET OVER IT WE DONT CARE IF U DONT LIKE HIM

Ok, well I'm still going to be happy that DC had enough respect for my favorite character to give him a monthly book, and to have Geoff Johns write it. There's no need to come in here and bash him or anything.

i think that the most underated characters should get their own books mine even though he is dead would have to Pyro they shold also continue Gen X cause their are more than enough mutant teens in the world and i would love to see how much Chambers powers after his recent change have grown

I'll be honest, I never took Booster seriously as a character UNTIL 52. But then again, I got my Booster fixes back when Justice League featured him and Blue Beetle owning their own island resort, and that horrible "Extreme Justice" series.

Congrats, Scoodle. I know the pain of having your favourite character marginalized. I am living the dream right now as an Iron Fist fan, but for a long time, they made him a joke.

Thanks man, I'm excited. Also, if this Booster series is anywhere near as good as Brubaker's current Iron Fist series, then I'll die happy.

Booster Gold and Iron Fist always struck me as funny because they are minor characters with a huge fan base. I like em' both okay, I'm just not too huge. I see why people like him though-if you talk the average man and made him a superhero, nine out of ten guys would turn into Booster Gold. He's relatable.
