    Why aren't you reading this?

Since Wednesday, people have been coming into the store, staring at the cover of Booster Gold #1 and asking, "So, is this actually any good?" My usual response is, "Oh god yes!"

Take The Exiles, when the comic wasn't filled with thought bubbles, throw in some back to the future, and most importantly, add a large amount of Quantum Leap minus Scott Bakula. This is the best first issue of any comic in the past 5 years.

Booster Gold travels through time with a man who refuses to reveal his name, and Booster must stop certain events from transpiring. So far so good. Now add Booster's wonderful charm from the 90s and the hilarious Skeets/Booster banter and this comic is pure gold.

Why are you still reading this? Get up and go buy this comic now!

Pretty much anyone who knows me knows that I'm a huge Booster Gold mark. He's my favorite Dc Hero, if not my favorite superhero overall. So, understandably, this new volume was a given for me.I think what I loved most, honestly, was it felt like 52 was continued in this series. I absolutely adored 52, and was deeply disappointed when it ended. But with the advent of this new series, it honestly feels like the main 52 storyline is continuing, and that's fantastic. I'm not sure who did the most as...
