This seemingly leads him to being converted into a Technosapien, and when their threat initially passes, leaves him with techno-organic shapeshifting powers similar to Cyborg's. He eventually lends his services to the government, and assists them in their campaign to commendeer all unregistered technology, like Cyborg.
