White Lantern Corps 0

Previous reviewers were very good (and relish) in discribing of all the benefits and advantages of the new issue of Blackest Night. I also want to apologize for criticizing the previous number. I doubted how all this stuff with rings would work. Now, after a dozens of tie-ins and one month without ACTION (only Green Lantern #50 is noteworthy) I have to say - yes, this event was in production since 2005 (s!ck it, Siege).   All strings, all the plot lines, all the events starting with GL: Rebirth ...

Revelations and the Greatest Lantern 0

First off, wow.  In Blackest Night #7 Geoff Johns and Ivan Reis stepped their game up.   The issue starts with Nekron belittling the Guardians about preserving life but not living it.  There's an incredible page showing the Lantern Corps "leaders" and the deputized lanterns trying to fight Nekron to no avail.  Scarecrow and Luthor bring some great moments in this book as well.  References from secret origin make their way into the book, specifically between Atrocitus and Black Hand.  I don't wan...

This is the best issue of the event so far the art is simply fantastic Ivan. Reis' pencils combined with the colors of Alex Sinclair makes this one of the best looking books in my opinion Johns dose  a great job of writing each character the way he writes lex with a power ring is frightening and he truely does a great job with sinestro showing how arrogant he is and how big his ego if SPOILER WARNING: Click here to reveal hidden content. you have not picked this up then what is wrong with you...
