Well if you're counting humans only then he is probably somewhere around 5th

I'd say T'challa is top 5 easy, but you can't just ignore Marvel's other super geniuses

Well, during the Indestructible run with Mark Waid, he absolutely embarrasses Tony in terms of intelligence.

@glabal500: Yeah, good luck with that. T'challa is undeniably smart, but there's no way he's smarter than, say, Hank Pym. He said he's 8th for a reason.

@rell127: Currently with all the revamps perhaps. I'm primarily a DC reader. Back when I used to read Spiderman quite a bit in the late 80s, early 90s, back when Peter was an adult and married, he was in the top 5.
