Black Noir is the enigmatic, silent member of the Seven. His powers and origin were mysterious for a long time, until it was finally revealed that he was really an insane clone of the Homelander, and the one who had actually performed all the horrific acts that the Homelander believed were his fault. He was created to be a fail-safe against the Homelander.
