    Inertia, as far as I know, is not a confirmed Black Lantern.  Possible, likely even, but not confirmed. 
     
    Captain Boomerang, Mirror Master, Trickster, Golden Glider, the Top and well...that guy are the ones that will be coming back for sure.

    @Closure: Basically,Most corps have some kind of avatar or embodiment of their emotion, like Ion is the avatar for the Green lanterns,Paralax for the Sinestro Corps,or The Predator for The Star Sapphires. 
    Black Hand is the embodiment of The Black Lanterns,while they use The anti Monitor to get energy-The anti-monitor is their power battery.
