Heroes enjoying themselves
This was an unnusual issue, totally devoted for characters´development and just a little space to finish the loose end of last arc story involving Slade, Grimm and Lady Vic in Gorilla City. While Dinah is enjoying her well deserved vacation, Ted and Barbara are hovering the city skies in the Bug - this issue has an excellent vibe, because as the dialogues evolve you realize Ted and Barbara want totally different things: she wants to be a hero again, but she can´t, and he doesn´t want to get back into action, since he seems to enjoy his retirement - also there´s a romantic thing in the air, like the cover suggests, but will it last long enough for them after the great rescue mission (also in the cover)? The best thing about this issue is definitely Dinah having her time out, especially because there´s something in the air that the creative team leaves, that ifs happens can ruin her fun. This was a self contained issue, no plot here, just a time out to enjoy the characters and it was real good.
