After being fired from his job as an insurance agent, Joseph Rambo bought a suit of flying battle armor from Tinkerer. Taking the name "The Binary Bug" he terrorized his former employers, using his knowledge of insured items to rob their clients, and breaking into the offices and making off with valuables. Aaron Stack, the Machine Man was hired to take his vacated job, and the two found themselves clashing as Rambo continued his crime wave. Rambo managed to stay one step ahead of Machine Man using his arsenal of gadgets, but wasn't careful enough. While fleeing, he ran headlong into electrical wires and was killed, a victim of his own greed and thoughtlessness.
Powers & Abilities
The Binary Bug suit built by the Tinkerer offered limited protection against attacks, allowed flight, and could fire electrical blasts. Rambo also carried throwing gadgets which could release sonic or electromagnetic bursts; these were presumably also designed by the Tinkerer.
