Once upon a time in New York City there lived a community of fairy tale characters known as fabletown. The Fables who live there arrived hundreds of years ago, after they were exiled from their Homelands. Through the use of a magic spell called Glamour, they have protected their secret community from the mundane world. Sheriff Bigby Wolf protects them from each other.

Accolades
His friends consider him to be a god among beasts.
While he isn't immortal, he isn't mortal either.
Strength:
Bigby's strength is superhuman.
He can rip heads clean from bodies.
Rips Werewolves apart.
Bigby floors Grendel in his human form in one punch.
Punches true form Grendel with enough force to make him bleed.
Rips Grendels' arm off.
Hurls a dumpster casually.
Over powers Jersey with one hand.
Over powers Jersey Devil again. This doubles up as a reaction timing feat.
Over powers Bloody Mary twice.
Over powers the Frankenstein monster.
During his fight with his brothers he fought so hard that he made the land tremble multiple times, opening up fissures in the ground, and made the foundations of his Father's castle shake.
He has torn through a suit of magical armour in seconds, whilst also being controlled.
Here whilst still being controlled, he sends Rose Red flying.
Speed and agility:
His speed is legendary.
He can dodge hits easily.
He has dodged gun fire, moving so fast that no one saw him move showcasing that Bigby is casual bullet timer.
He can cover lots of miles in very short periods of time.
He can run faster than some creatures can fly.
Out runs a pack of werewolves.
Evades an explosion.
Senses:
He can identify a person blood just by smelling it.
He heard Mowgli from miles away.
He has to "Smoke like a Bristol chimney" to deaden his senses to prevent the information overload.
He also has to work hard Mentally to block out all the information his senses pick up.
He can't block out snow white, but he can tell exactly how she feels, purely through his senses.
Endurance/Stamina:
He swam from Russia to Alaska in a matter of days and never ran out of air, despite a storm interrupting his journey. He considered this as nothing more than an enjoyable swim!
He could run all out for thirty nights and thirty days.
Throughout the "Wolf among us" Story, Bigby goes for 5+ days with less than 8 hours sleep.
He could hold his breath underwater for three weeks after being cut open and filled with rocks, something he achieved thanks to the abilities he inherited from his father.
Bigby's true form is that of a giant, eight-foot-tall wolf. In addition to his iconic "huff and puff" power, he has also inherited other abilities from his father, the North Wind. For example, Bigby is able to hold his breath for an abnormally long amount of time, making it impossible for him to drown.

Durability/Pain threshold:
Bigby has been shot over forty times with shotguns and kept on going. See 3:10 - 4:15
He has had his arm broken and put it back in place.
He is stabbed multiple times by Bloody Mary and keeps fighting. See 6:35 - 7:15
Tanks being ragdolled by Grendel.
Survives being shot through the mouth/throat.
His only lethal weakness' are silver and fire.
The legends of great and magical wolves often make mention of their weakness against weapons made of silver. And those tales bear out to be true. The silver bullet Mary shot Bigby with was not the first. But any of them could be his last. Any silver left in Bigby's body weakens his system, slows his healing, and can cause long-term damage.

Goldilocks regards his weakness to fire.
Powers:
Advanced healing.
He has increased healing thanks to his magical nature.
Here is an example of how fast he can heal.
By transforming into his full wolf form he can heal completely from previous injuries.
While in his true form, Bigby heals at an accelerated rate. After his battle with his brothers, he emerges heavily injured yet appears to be fine in the next panel moments later.
As the son of the north wind, Bibgy was born with ability to transform from human to wolf form. While he declined to learn how to do so and therefore at first could only remain in his wolf form, he eventually became able to transform into four separate forms after Snow White cut him with a lycanthropy stained knife.
Bigby has four different forms, them being a human form, a wolf man form, a werewolf form and his TRUE big bad wolf form.
This inherent ability was passed on to six of his seven children. The seventh didn't get it as he was born a Zephyr, a creature of the wind and without a physical body.

As the North winds son, Bigby has a substantial influence over the winds.
He can command local winds to obey him.
He influenced them to help keep track of Goldilocks.

His most well known power is his huff and puff.
His huff and puff was powerful enough to destroy entire forests.
He destroys multiple incarnations of Bloody Mary.
He can put out large scale fires.
He knocks back Frau Totenkinder, a powerful witch. What makes this even more impressive is the fact that he was being controlled and attempting to resist being controlled. Essentially splitting his attention.
He muses that he could blow down the brick house of the third little pig. The only reason he couldn't before was because he was still a pup.
Blasts a large whole in the ground.
Combat Skills and achievements:
He fought through both world wars.
Bigby fights and beats the woodsman, despite the fact that's now how it happened last time.
Bigby fights and beats Grendel, who has had confrontations with Beowulf.
Here is the comic's interpretation of the fight.
Here Bigby fights with beast. The fight results in victory or defeat due to player choice in game, but in the comic Bigby technically wins.
Here Bigby fights and beats the tweedles. Only being brought down when Bloody Mary catches him off guard - shooting him with a silver bullet.

Bigby fights the crooked man's sidekicks, including the Tweedle's, Georgie Porgie, and the Jersey Devil.

Here Bigby and Beast fight again in their full forms. The fight was a stalemate until Snow White and Beauty broke it up.
Here Bigby takes on and defeats the Frankenstein monster.
Here Bigby has a fight with his brothers that lasts an entire night. Despite the fact that by the time the second half of them showed up, the first three had already given Bigby a hard time. Yet Bigby pulls through and emerges victorious.
Bigby fights and defeats a magical warrior called Magus who has defeated other magical beasts and can summon them in battle.
Here Bigby battles Prince Brandish. While he ultimately loses this fight, Brandish was protected by a spell that kept him safe from harm and injury, he still held his own for a considerable period of time. It most also be noted that half of this fight took place off panel so is roughly twice as long than what is shown.
Bigby takes out multiple werewolves.
Takes on more werewolves.
