This thread will feature every incarnation of the Beyonder to date, except his alternate versions. I’m going to go through his feats chronologically, seeing as how Beyonder (particularly post Secret Wars I and II) takes different forms/bodies, so it’s much easier to understand what’s going on when listed chronologically. If you detect any mistakes, or if you feel like something is out of place then by all means, point it out.
Introduction on The Beyonder:
OHOTMU v2 #16: The Beyonder was an extra-dimensional entity which was the sum of everything in the universe known as the Beyond-realm, and became aware of our universe/multiverse due to Owen's accident.

Atop of every issue of Secret Wars II:The Beyond-realm (which is the sum of everything the Beyonder is) is a universe/multiverse beyond time and space, to which our own is but a droplet of water in an ocean when compared to it:

Marvel Age #27, interview: Jim Shooter explains that the Beyonder is from a different multiverse, in which he was literally everything, and was like God before there was Genesis. After which, the Beyonder discovers the microscopic earth.

The Marvel Saga The Official History of the Marvel Universe #11: The Beyonder became aware of our universe as a result of the accident that transformed Owen Reece into the molecule man, which opened a pinhole into the beyond-realm :
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Secret Wars #1: After discovering and observing our universe (616) through the pinhole, Beyonder destroys an entire galaxy and creates the battle world from it to act as a battlefield for the secret war between the superheroes and villains:
Sensing that the Beyonder is a power beyond the multiverse itself and is capable of granting any wishes, Galactus (along with doom) head for the rift….only to get swatted like flies (notice Xavier’s comment -- even Galactus is like a fly when compared to the Beyonder)
Secret Wars #10: Doom usurps Galactus' power and goes on to challenge the greater power of the Beyonder, their battle – despite it being in the beyond realm – is affecting the very fabric of reality, Doom eventually gets overpowered but manages to steal Beyonder's power with one of Galactus' technological devices (which happened off panel) “supposedly” killing the Beyonder in the process
Note: The Dr. Doom that was on the battleworld at the time of the first secret war, was actually a future version of him (as revealed in fantastic four #288)
Secret Wars #12: While in possession of the Beyonder's powers, Doom wasn't able to fully control that power, and so in a burst of anger, he could have destroyed all of reality:
The Beyonder however, wasn't truly dead; his consciousness survived and eventually possessed the villain Klaw, whom he used to get his powers back when Doom was at his most vulnerable moment.
The Beyonder returns for Secret Wars II in which he takes a physical human form to experience earth and humanity.
Secret Wars II #3: instantly conquers the Earth and controls everything and everyone on it (including bacteria, particles and the like)
Incredible Hulk V2 #312: the Beyonder casually explores the Many-layered universe/entire multiverse:
Secret Wars II #4: Falling in love with Dazzler, the Beyonder grants her half of his power – thousand times greater than the combined energy of existence. Dazzler however, rejected the power and fell to her death, the Beyonder destroys an entire galaxy in his grief; then calms down and resurrects her:
Secret Wars II #5: The Beyonder goes back into his Beyond realm, without him it is completely empty (since he constitutes everything there and all his energies are contained in his human form) so he starts conjuring everything that comes to his mind (including planets):
Beyonder vs The Celestials. A fight which takes place on countless levels other than the physical. The Beyonder beat them rather easily:
Secret Wars II #6: Beyonder is too big for the multiverse, his very presence alters the entire multiverse a great deal, without him even knowing it:
Beyonder puts a large portion of his power in the cup and forces Death to drink it, erasing the concept of death across all the multiverse. Then he brings her back with Dave's sacrifice:
Even with a small fraction of his power, Beyonder is still more powerful than the entire cosmic assembly (which includes the Living tribunal and Eternity)

Secret Wars II #8: Just by being angry, he causes multiversal-wide destruction; molecule man repairs it within seconds:
A brief confrontation between molecule man and the Beyonder in which the he tanked an attack that could have destroyed several billion dimensions, like it was nothing:
Amazing Spiderman #274: The Beyonder destroys parallel dimensions/universes just by standing there. He proceeds to erase a thousand galactic races (including their home worlds) out of existence with a mere shrug:
Fantastic four #288: in his universe, the Beyonder is the one and the many, the nothing and the all, he had no beginning nor will he have an end.

Secret Wars II #9: The Beyonder is millions of times more powerful than the combined power in the multiverse (which includes the Living Tribunal)

In short, Beyonder was millions of times more powerful than the most powerful beings in the omniverse.
Even the mightiest beings in the multiverse are like microbes to the Beyonder. His imagination and reality are one.

The heroes confront the Beyonder; he easily deals with them, all except the molecule man, whom he engages in a multiversal battle (which also affects every single creature in it). The Beyonder then delivers a death stroke which seemingly kills everything in its path, reaching to the ends of infinity:
Believing that everyone is dead (though in fact, the molecule man removed every being from the blast’s path, fooling the Beyonder) the Beyonder sought to reincarnate himself in a mortal body (by becoming an infant and rapidly aging to transform to an adult, so that he could truly experience humanity) through a machine he created. The molecule man destroys the machine and sends the enormous energies of the Beyonder into his beyond-realm forming a big bang and creating a new universe in the process:
Post Secret Wars:
Beyonder's origins were retconned. Instead of being the most powerful force to have ever existed and having a realm countless times bigger than the entire multiverse, he was retconned to be an incomplete cosmic cube (ranking below the Celestials, Eternity and the Living Tribunal) who is the living embodiment of a single universe.
OHOTMU V4 #9 -- Beyonder’s new origins: When Owen gained accessed the cosmic cube energies, which resulted in an accident and transformed him into molecule man, part of this energy gained sentience and came to be known as the Beyonder.

Fantastic Four #319: the F4 along with Doom meet the Beyonder, who now, is the living embodiment of a whole universe
“I have more power in the smallest electron of my little finger than you have in your entire galaxy”:

Fantastic four annual #27: The Beyonder is extracted from Kosmos (a feminine form which the Beyonder took after he merged with the molecule man to become a complete cosmic cube directly after the events of Secret Wars II), and goes on to battle Owen. Their battle was Trans-Multiversal in scale. Which gives huge problems for the time variance authority (see last 2 scans, each paper represents an entire timeline/universe):
After His fight with Owen, Beyonder goes back to his Kosmos-female-form. After Which, Kosmos decided to take a mortal form (while still retaining the female form), known as the Maker.
Thanos #8: Thanos recalls meeting the Maker/Beyonder – a being of unlimited power. Maker shut down her own mind (for reasons unknown). If her mind comes together, she could destroy the universe on a whim:
Thanos #9: Maker escapes her crèche -- a specialized prison which is powered by the expansion of the universe -- and goes on to destroy a major portion of the Klyn itself
Despite Maker‘s great power, it turns out that it was significantly holding the true power of the Beyonder back. Maker acted as a prison for the Beyonder. Should the maker form (the mortal form) be destroyed, the Beyonder will be unleashed upon the universe, so Thanos shut down her mind, imprisoning the Beyonder inside the maker mortal form. However, Maker was seen dead in Annihilation, so the Beyonder's whereabouts were left unknown.
OHOTMU Master Edition #35: Cosmic cube Beyonder's powers and abilities (looks pretty impressive):

Inhuman/Mutant retcon:
New Avengers Illuminati v2 #3: Beyonder’s latest origins (retconned yet again): Beyonder is revealed to be an inhuman mutant
The illuminati track down the Beyonder (who is revealed to be an inhuman mutant) into an asteroid belt which resembles the Manhattan Island. Turns out, the Beyonder created the whole thing to play with. When the Illuminati approach him, he starts granting their wishes and bend reality (upsetting the natural order of things), so he is commanded by his king (black bolt) to leave the universe. However he continues his game after they leave (note that it i stated that the Beyonder defies all time and space and that hi very existence upsets the natural order of the universe)
Spiderman & Secret Wars is a mini-series which gives us some details that weren’t provided in the original secret wars.
Spiderman & Secret Wars #4: Gives us a additional details about how Doom confronted the Beyonder (who, according to the latest portrayal, is an inhuman mutant) in his realm – While flying into the beyond-realm to challenge the Beyonder, Doom sends Spiderman and Wolverine with him, he battles the Beyonder, draining him of his power, but the power momentarily goes to spider-man, who in that moment – while in possession of the Beyonder’s power - remade all of creation. After which the power goes to Doom:
Beyonder-amped-Spiderman also managed to defeat a bunch of super-villains including Galactus and molecule man (who had mental blocks at the time):
Important note: Spiderman possessed Beyonder’s power for one billionth of a second.

Hence Peter’s comment: in that moment, which is this moment, I remade all of creation (here it is in case you missed the panel):

So While it seemed like Peter possessed the Beyonder’s powers for months, in actuality he only had it for 1 billionth of a second, in which he managed to remake all of creation.
Note: Chronologically, this takes place during Secret Wars, I just posted it here so that it can be under the lit of feats for the inhuman mutant Beyonder.
That would be all.
