The Creeper tracks down and captures Wingy Ames and a few other thugs just to have Wingy escape again. He then tracks down Wingy again at a mysterious island were thugs on the lamb stay for a fee under the protection of the Supreme One. While on the island Creeper takes down Wingy and uses his disguise to infiltrate the gang only to find that the gang has captured Vera Sweet. The Creeper gets found out and under the guise of Jack Ryder gets captured and placed with Ms. Sweet. Once alone with Ms. Sweet the Creeper sets into motion an escape plan that ends in an uncontrolled speed boat between the Creeper and the Supreme One with only one survivor.
