While investigating threats against Mr. Lodge from a disgruntled would-be inventor, Betty finds out that the inventor plans to sink Mr. Lodge's yacht with Mr. Lodge and Veronica on board. Betty is hired to babysit a senior citizen who proves to be more young at heart than his children. An enchanted cuckoo clock transports Betty and Caramel back to ancient Egypt.
