Yet another game I was looking forward to getting on PS4 this year delayed until 2015. Oh well, Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash Bros on Wii U should hold me over until then.

Also, Sexy Batmobile is Sexy.

I'm sort of happy that they delayed it, since they were so many games coming this year and i want the video game to be as polished as possible since it's the last arkham game which probably means it's going to be the last AAA+ batman game, Plus i don't have a next gen console yet.

Batman: On the death of my parent's I swear to never use a gun...............but that doesn't include the batmobiles guns, cannons, and missiles. Same goes for the batplane, boat, sub, motorcycle, space shuttle, time machine, glider, kite, bicycle.

My excitement for this game has fallen some since its not coming out this year. Maybe it will go up after E3 or in 2015 but I am disappointed in the delay and not as excited anymore since its so far away now.

@war_killer: People said the samething about Watch Dogs than once it released it was horribly optimized for PC.But we'll see.

@flameboy298: I've yet to play Watch_Dogs, as I'm waiting to get the cheaper Xbox One coming out next week, so I can't say I like or dislike the game just yet. But when it comes to Rocksteady, the fact that they have two of the greatest Batman games of all time under their belt, Arkham Knight is literally the last game I'm worried about. If anyone can give us an epic Batman game, it's Rocksteady.

Why would Batman, a person who hates guns and goes to ridiculous levels to avoid killing, load so much lethal artillery on the Batmobile? A freakin' cannon.

Property damage. Bruce could bring down walls, perform mobility kills on vehicles, and the like with the real heavy stuff and his nonlethal on human bad guys.

New fav Batmobile the Dark knight is packin some real heavy firepower. I don't theink the military even uses 60mm machine guns/auto canons the biggest I've seen was 40mm and that was still WWII tech which was bulkier and slow to fire.

also Rubber bullets are still lethal from high caliber firearms(40MM is high caliber they make 40MM grenade rounds) at short range. He's got anti air missiles and a machine gun that should shred tanks like butter.

I think He's off the "No Guns" Thing.

Also New 52 Batman has a mini grenade launcher in his wrist gauntlet. I'd say that counts as a gun too :P

@risingbean: Do you really think a cannon hitting car won't kill said people in the car? There's the shock wave and shrapnel. Mini guns aren't made to be accurate. They're design to shred apart anything they're aimed at.

I think it looks cool, but using guns on his vehicles makes him look like such a hypocrite.

@foxxfireart: I think in a fictional setting Bruce can use them surgically. Is it totally realistic? Well we are talking about a guy dressed like a bat fighting crime here. Also he could use rubber bullets which are wholly nonlethal in fiction.

Nothing to argue. If he ever spewed his anti firearm stance at me, I'd point out his hypocrisy and be done with it.

Rubber bullets fired out of high powered guns are still lethal. They can also be lethal when fired from a 45 if at close range. Heck, Brandon Lee was killed by a blank that was packed too solid.

None of this changes the fact that Batman is pulling the trigger on a gun. Just attaching it to a car doesn't change the fact he's pulling the trigger.

Why not just give him an EMP gun? He had one in DARK KNIGHT RISES.

Not in comics. I agree it violates his no gun rule though.

They bring it up because at no time did Batman say he'd never hit someone. His parents weren't killed by a right cross gone horribly wrong. The whole basis of the character is that he's militantly anti-gun. If he's alright with "non-lethal" weapons, then why not use a gun filled with rubber bullets? It's sort of confusing why someone who is so passionate about that detail would both design car that uses guns and mount them on the car.

As others have said above, just attaching the guns to a vehicle doesn't change the fact he's pulling the trigger on a gun.

I'm well aware of how hypocritical this looks for Batman, what I meant is why do people always bring up that rubber bullets could totally be lethal IRL and whatnot when that has no bearing on the game? It's fantasy for crying out loud, I'm pretty sure you can't swing across rooftops without breaking your arms anyway.

Is he anti gun though now, or just anti killing? He lets jason todd run around wearing the bat symbol firing guns all over the place. and now dick is going to be carrying one as well.

People do realize that this is a video game based on a fictional comic book character, right? Bringing real-world logic into this will do nothing but just ruin what is sure to be an awesomely fun game.

It's a video game based on Batman, just enjoy it for what is and stop trying to make sense out of it people. :P
