I noticed this too when I read it. Bothered me a bit. In the end, it kind of leads me to believe that maybe this is all a dream/nightmare/whatever that they were mentioning at the beginning of the issue. I HOPE it isn't, because that's so cliche. Loved the issue though, and the reveal at the end was perfect. Can't wait for more.

Even when she wants to kill him she might not choose the quickest way to do it. I guess "no hesitation in her movements" means that Wonder Woman simply does not give Bruce a chance to dodge her attacks like she would in a training fight or if she was aware that she is being mind controlled.

Bat-GOD never really bothered me. In the other hand, Joker-GOD???!!, I hope Snyder have an explanation. DOTF was a great interpretation of the Batman-Joker relationship. But the Zero year origin was just bad. I'm not sure if Snyder really understands the Joker.

As a Batman fan, I must say that it was ridiculus to show Bruce in this situation. First of all they were on very high floor when Diana attacked, and she made f***ing crater with Batman's head, and then Batman admits she doesn't hold back.

I liked the big villain reveal, but want I really want to know is when Batman was dosed with "Cassandra" fear gas? Did that happen over in Batman Eternal or something?

I typically don't like it when other heroes appear in a hero's main title, but this seems really epic! I think I almost fainted by the sheer awesomeness of the bat mech lol. And holy cr#p the Joker's back I'm definitely on board!

First Tomasi, now Snyder. Anyone notice that other heroes are popping up more frequently in Batman titles, kind of like how Spider-man in his own books often teams up with the avengers or the Fantastic Four? It's odd but interesting

I'm not and Joker has only been in two stories in the New 52 (the early Detective Comics and DotF).

It's the same people in here each month complaining about either Snyder or Batman, yet each month they keep buying the comic.

Just read it and loved it!!

Now this is more like it, I dropped the book for a couple of issues after Zero Year bored and disappointed, but I am glad to see a Batman book being fun again. I am also glad this will just be a 6 issue series so it doesn't overstay its welcome. This is the first new Batman issue outside of '66 Meets the Green Hornet that is worthy of 5 stars in a long time.

This issue was incredible! I'm so glad Joker has returned!! I can't wait for the next issue of Endgame!

People hating on this issue need to chill. It was amazing art and a darn good story. It's not like Batman wasn't sweating the fact he was having to face the Justice League. Besides, how many have seen him overcome the villains with amazing inventions and brainpower? You KNOW him being the cerebral thinker he had ways to overcome the good guys too in case something crazy happened. And there's nothing wrong with that. Quite frankly some of these superheroes can be too overpowered to be logical as is! Only thing you can complain about with this book is that 5 dollar price tag.

I miss the smaller-scale Snyder stories. Court of Owls may have been a big event, but its in-universe ramifications were more-or-less limited to Gotham. I'm hoping he strays away from these huge events soon. It's just been one after another with him for quite a long time.

How did nobody get to know about this some months before? An interview with snyder was relased months ago where he said that this was the biggest event that was going to happen. He even talked about batman's death maybe becoming true.

Can anyone elaborate on Joker's demonic powers from Eternal?

The way Batman took on Flash was really creative and smart. I loved that Batman finally thought of a real contingency for Wonder Woman.
