I like scott snyder also but morrison is the best
It's not that I didn't like Morrison's run, it's just that I didn't like Morrison's run as much as every one else did...then again, I'm not a Morrison fan to begin with.
Having said that, my vote goes to Bob Kane.

Kane had nothing to do with Batman,he's just a glory hound.Bill Finger yeah that guy was awesome,he created Batman,Two-face,Hugo Strange,Deadshot,co created the Joker and wrote Batman from the Golden Age to the Silver age.Kane gets credit for Catwoman and even then only partially.His Catwoman was named Elva Barr not Selina Kyle,they changed her name in the Silver Age and she wasn't even a love interest to Batman till much later Vicki Vale,Julie Madison and Kathy Kane were the women he loved back then.
