Bruce Wayne, who witnessed the murder of his billionaire parents as a child, swore to avenge their deaths. He trained extensively to achieve mental and physical perfection, mastering martial arts, detective skills, and criminal psychology. Costumed as a bat to prey on the fears of criminals, and utilizing a high-tech arsenal, he became the legendary Batman.
i like batman and all but god does he have the worst fans ever. i like all comics and i'll admit when my favorites can be beaten by other characters or when they would win, but all bat-fans will blindly follow the faith that batman can beat anyone under the sun, moon, and stars. especially how he dealth with darkseid in final crisis which i think had bull written all over it
I haven't seen this image yet. I understand your frustration and you make a fair point about the Spectre, but I don't think this undermines the power of Batman's kicks. (I don't know if you were trying to argue against the power of Batman's kicks in general, or just against this specific kick though)
Best Bat-Kick ever. Hulk can get hit by mortar fire with no ill effect, but one kick from a dude in a batsuit knocks the wind right out of him.
Those are both epic. Batman's got a new feat of foot coming up in the latest issue of Batman Inc.
Batman can now get through steel.
Lots of stuff in Marvel-DC crossovers are impossible, like Spidey electrocuting Superboy, or Wolverine beating Lobo (and Lobo's a demigod who's immortal and beat SATAN!).
