Very cool teaser. I'm loving all the debate over it's symbolism.

I doubt that since that would be a totally random thing to do. For one thing, there was no set up for Nite-Wing at all in the New 52 so just presenting him as "The New Nightwing", wouldn't make much sense. His face looks nearly identical to Dick's with the exception of the blonde hair. A good picture to compare it to would be Nightwing Annual #1 (The New 52 one with Firefly). I also doubt that they're replacing Dick as Nightwing any time soon given that Nightwing will likely be showing up in MoS 2 and Arrow. DC securing a bunch of Nightwing trademarks yesterday also helps tilt the scales in Dick's favor. Changing his hair/identity also gives his identity reveal some relevance.

I'm 90% certain that the redhead at the table everyone's confused about is Poison Ivy. She fits the profile, she's next to mostly villains at the table; AND there's a bunch of vines on the building directly behind her.

I thought the girl next to Steph was Cassandra, but as someone mentioned she has the streak in her hair so it's Harper. Ugh. And why bring Batwoman into this series when she has as much to do with Bruce as Jessica Drew has to do with Peter Parker? Finally, the woman standing next to Scarlett from G.I. Joe looks like someone familiar, but I can't place her.

Sadly, DC are shoehorning in a stupid, rushed, not originally planned reason why there's a link between the two of them. I won't spoil it for you, but it's revealed in Batwoman #25, and can be seen in the preview for that issue.
