Impossible to say. All Batman actors have well acted. Some were ask to be ridiculous, but they did it well. Some were given stupid lines, but sayd them well. Some had shitty fight scenes, but other than that they played well. Some had a strange change of voice, but still acted well.

Technically, you could say that most of the actors that played Batman before him are better actors, since at least three of them were nominated for Oscars for acting. Now, whether the question is if he's the best portrayal of the character, all I can say is this:
