    He did in the first issue of King's Batman, using thruster pods.

    But he SHOULD do it by stopping the plane from being shot down in the first place.

    Yeah he TRIED to save the plane in the first issue, but failed horribly. Then again it didn't turn out to a fiasco since Gotham and G. girl saved them.

    Is he gonna save the airplane or the passengers inside?

    Is he already in the plane or at the ground or in his own batplane or where?

    And why the heck he has to save a plane??? A normal plane, in case of engine breakdown, can still land safely without need of being "saved". So what kind of danger is there about the airplane? Lost its wings? A blast? Being hijacked? Or else what?

    @eto: He didn't fail, did he? The plane was still going down relatively gently into the water, right? It's just that if the Gothams hadn't intervened, the force of the crash would've killed him. The passengers would've lived, but not him.
