She might not have a belt but I think she might have small pockets with which she carries equipments for picking locks and hiding stolen things.She also carries retractable claws ,metal balls(probably the belt),lasers,explosives ,some knockout gas etc as her regular gear.

She doesn't need a distress beacon to call batman,he just always finds her in time.Maybe she doesn't feel need for shuriken since she is incredibly fast and might cover the distance easily.

I really hope they give batman better more advanced gadgets that makes sense with his intelligence and are at least good enough for mid-high tier levels and he uses them way more frequently both in his solo and justice League so people can't say pis or inconsistent.This certainly shouldn't be very much of a problem since villains already have upped their games.

Once kings is replaced and the love story is over hopefully other writers would focus on such things.

I can see him using power armours against high tier threats. Definitely he should use more often them, he's the smartest man on Earth with Luthor after all. Unfortunately the armors are used rarely, the HellBat was used just once by Bruce, 6 years ago..
