    Jesse Eisenberg was actually great in his role. But he was not playing Lex Luthor we all know. He was playing his son as he said and it would be really hard to not be psychotic with him as your father.

    Sorry for click bait type title though :D Either way, i see a lot of people missed this by a mile.

    Jesse Eisenberg was actually great in his role. But he was not playing Lex Luthor we all know. He was playing his son as he said and it would be really hard to not be psychotic with him as your father.

    Nobody is calling him Lex Luthor Jr.

    And his father probably wasn't the man we think of either.

    Probably a jerk, but probably not diabolically evil.

    I see no point in bringing up Lex's father. Lex was simply playing a different interpretation of Lex Luthor.

    Jesse Eisenberg's villain was fantastic, just not Lex Luthor.

    I liked him too. He was the only non-dour/dull person in the movie, well asides from Gadot. He was Joker Lite.

    I didn't miss it. I just don't care for this approach. It's one of the items I don't like about the movie.

    Let's hope his Lex Luthor isn't the real Lex and his father is still alive.

    But yeah I think Jessie did a good job. It's just that he didn't really seem like a Lex Luthor. He was like Riddler and that facebook guy combined.
