Intro:
B`wana beast and Batman vs. Black Manta!
Rest of the episode:
Batman trains with Wildcat.
Then a new three member gang of supervillains called The outsiders, is seen terrorizing Gotham city! Batman fights against them, and loses.
Wildcat helps the caped crusader track `em down, and they find out that the trio of teens ain`t as malevolent as they seem. They are outcasts of our society, because of their powers. A mutated man called Slug takes advantage of this, and has them cause havoc.
But after some encouraging words from Wildcat, they realize that Slug isn`t such a great guy, and they fight against him. Defeating him.
At the end of the episode, all fife heroes are seen back at Wildcats place. The Outsiders are beginning to become heroes.
