    A Home For ZZazz

In this issue we are introduced to a new character. One who apparently has been in the DCU for some time now yet we have never met him. He is called "The Broker" and he is the guy who finds real estate for vilains so they can use it as a hideout.
immediately he is established as a formidable charatcer ( as he would have to be because of his clients ).
This time out, he is finding a place for ZZazz. The Broker admits that he is the only client who makes him feel bad for the job he does.  This is also what I like about these early issues of the series. It is like we are seeing the behind the scenes of Batman adventures. We are watching the set up to what might appear in the Batman title or Detective Comics.
If this issue has a flaw, it is only that it touches upon how dangerous ZZazz is. He should not be the suit wearing kind of villain. Not only does he love to kill, he loves to brag about it. That is what his scars are for.   This ends up being a good book, I can easily recommend.
