    What happened to Batman between Batman R.I.P. and Final Crisis? Grant Morrison and Tony Daniel come together to explain what happened to the Caped Crusader in the 30 day period before Batman was killed.  The Good Grant Morrison's writing can get a little confusing, unless you're reading every issue in a story back-to-back. Maybe I'm a little dumb, but when I read R.I.P. and Final Crisis, the light bulb above my head was constantly off. This issue turned the light back on. A wave of "oh, now...

    Speedy review:  Well, as Grant promised over a year ago we are getting the story of what happened between the end of RIP and Final Crisis.  Tony Daniel is on the art duties so we have the Batman RIP team back together to finish the story.  We get a review of the main points and it is good to see Bruce in the Cape and Cowl again.  No I haven't missed him like some but that is a credit to the teams writing Dick as Batman and the natural fit that Dick would take over.  Grant reminds us of what we h...

    So.....ever wondered what Bruce was doing before Darkseid sent him back in time? Well, Morrison finally have the answers we've been waiting for to fill in those gaps.   Pros:  To be honest, I'm glad to see Bruce again as Batman than Dick even though this is a flashback arc.
