    Batman had been on the trail of an organization called the Court of Owls, whom claim to be the true underworld rulers of Gotham City. Originally he brushed them off as an old Gotham legend, part of a nursery rhyme he grew up hearing.     The Fall of Gotham City (and of the series too) 0

    This sequel of the first volume, The Court of Owls, shows us the One-Night-War" between the Court and the Bat-Family for Gotham City. Despite the previous good storyline, this decays in a dissapointing way. The Batman Issues are good, but all the other Bat-Family Issues are literally redundant (except Nightwing, maybe). Plus, the storyline is not complete in this collection, since the battle with the Court continues until the #11 issue.Personally, I prefer Reading the City of Owls volume, sinc...
