    It's Back! 0

Batman Incorporated is finally back, and the world is a better place for it.  The Good What stood out first for me in this book is the fact that Yanick Paquette's art and Nathan Fairbarin's colors pop so much, it's ridiculous. Its wildly refreshing to see a Batman book with color. Outside of the art, the issue really reminded me of The Black Glove, which isn't surprising. Along with the return of SPOILER WARNING: Click here to reveal hidden content. there is a John Mayhew styled Grant Morrison m...

    Brilliant Times 0

Anyone who knows me will know that I love Grant Morrison and this issue gives us exactly what I love about him. Ongoing Mystery, some clear storyline, Bruce Wayne doing something other than brooding (Awesome. Just...Awesome. Really, Morrison, bare-chested love god Batman indeed). We're treated to some wonderful continuity in the form of the Argentine Super-team rearing it's head, Gaucho being a Charlie Sheen (Almost. Thassalotta ladies.) and some wonderful imagery from Paquette. There's an ongoi...

Batman Takes Batman Inc South 7

The next issue of Batman, Inc is finally here and Batman heads to Argentina for his next recruit. Of course there will be some action and danger involved.  The Good Reading over the first few pages, I wasn't completely sure what was going on and who all the characters were. That's part of the charm of Batman, Inc, a way for us to see other parts of the DC Universe. Too many times we only see the common cities and seeing some Batman action in South America is pretty rad.  As you probably know, wh...

Batman I.N.C (Invisible Natural Connections) 5

Invisible Natural Connections, or synchronicity is the angle in Grant Morrison's Batman. Morrison has dug so deeply in Batman's history that it is hard to tell if he is writing Batman or is Batman writing itself from within him.  I say that question because those who worship Morrison's writing can likely see the connection to The Invisibles.  I cannot stress how important the relationship to Morrison's work The Invisibles are, in this case this issues starts off with a team that is fr...

    Get on with it. 4

I know there is the possability I will get flamed for this but reading this issue, all I could think was 'Morrison, you are not as smart as you think you are.' I don't mean that as insulting as it sounds but to me it seems his writing is constantly cryptic, like you are not entitled to see al the cards. It seems you get dumped into the issue not understanding who anyone is and what is going on and you finish with the same feeling. Mayble I am just not good on the uptake but I really dislike this...

Another Recruit for The Team - Batman Inc #3 2

Batman travels to South America to ask Gaucho to join Batman Incorporated! While Guacho has his own problems with criminals in his territory of the world, Gaucho meets one of Batman's enemies from Gotham, who was presumed dead in Arkham Asylum?! However this ghost of the past has his own attentions for both Batman and Gaucho - a battle that will lead to the death of either of them! Another exciting issue of Batman incorporated.  The Good  This issue opens up with a look at an alternate ti...

    Unexpected 0

This was kind of thrown in unexpected if you ask me! The story is short and not that good and it leads away from main theme, I hope the next issue pays us back! This was almost like a hurry up and publish anything story and I didn't think it was a good follow up to #1 and #2....
