    Hush... new guy on set

This is the Hush series collected correctly.  The full arc at a fair price.

Hush has become very important to the Batman mythos.  He sits besides the Joker now as major "Arch" nemesis.  The Joker is classic and will always be the golden and silver age arch nemesis.  This is a new time and Hush is a creator the times needed.  A man who knows Bruce Wayne and is as much a bane to him as he is to The Batman.

Jim Lee blew out minds with this book.  If the story doesn't sell you the art sure will.

If you haven't read Hush, it is a must Batman book, if you want to get into Batman.

This volume is a nice substitute to the over-sided Absolute, which is expensive.  This volume contains all you need.
If you like Batman and want a great read, try this out if you haven't

    Cheers!

I thought that there wouldn't be anything better than to review one of the trade paperbacks that got me into comics, so the decision was between Civil War, and this book, Batman: Hush. Being a huge Batman fan I decided that I'd go for this first, and leave Civil War to another time. I will also try and review the other Batman issue since this story, but in trade form, as it'd...

Hush... because Characters speak louder than Words. 0

WARNING: SPOILERS ABOUND!    Batman: Hush is a visual knockout        Although Mr. Loeb does some solid footwork in the dialogue department, where his talents really seem to shine through here is in the characterization - and believe me, there are plenty of characters.   It's always been a point of contention that, despite Batman's 'loner' status, the Bat Family is just about one of DC's largest, if not the largest, non-official hero roster.   Robin, Nightwing, Catwoman, Dr. Thompkin...
