    I wanted to give this issue a 5, but 2 of the 4 stories being told here have held me back. I will review each story individually.Red Robin/Harper: Love the quick interaction between the two. Tim is rather unhappy with Harper's actions, but Harper doesn't seem to care at all. She is going to try and assist Tim weather he likes it or not. Harper has ample amounts of snark and wit and isn't impressed by anything Tim has to say. Also loved her blue "Grifteresque" mask.Batman/Lieutenant Bard: It was ...
