James Gordon is one of Batman's first supporters, helping him fight against crime and corruption in Gotham City. He eventually rose to the rank of Commissioner in the Gotham City Police Department, and continues to be one of Batman's greatest allies.

Formerly the D.A. of Gotham City, Harvey Dent was an ally of Batman and Commissioner Gordon until he had acid thrown onto the left side of his face by a mob boss, scarring him for life. The incident drove Harvey insane and he became Two-Face, obsessed with chance and always carrying a double-headed coin, which he flips to determine his every decision.
Alfred Pennyworth is Bruce Wayne's loyal father figure and butler. Alfred raised Bruce (and later Dick Grayson) after the death of the Waynes. A former British secret agent, Alfred is a skilled surgeon who often treats members of the Bat-Family.

Damian Wayne is the son of Bruce Wayne and Talia al Ghul. Trained by the League of Assassins all his life, Damian joined his father’s side in the war against crime by becoming the fifth Robin.
Henri Ducard is an expert manhunter and deadly killer from France. He was one of Bruce Wayne's old mentors from when he traveled the world in his younger days.
Son of Henri Ducard, former trainer of Bruce Wayne, Nobody disaproves of Batman's methods, finding them too soft on crime. To show Wayne the error of his ways, he tries to lure Wayne's son, Damian into adopting a more lethal approach.
Named after the Shakespeare character, Titus is Damian Wayne's pet Great Dane, given to him by his father, Bruce. He is a stalwart crime-fighter in his own right and a member of the Super-Pets.
Pandora is the mysterious figure who appeared at the end of Flashpoint when then the DC, Vertigo, and Wildstorm universes merged into one. She later appeared throughout the DC Universe, seemingly observing all the characters.
Ravil is an ally to Batman and is the Batman of Moscow. He is killed by Nobody.
Three chemical thieves who were fused into one after stealing one of Batman's vehicles, and trying to shoot Damian Wayne off the roof from inside the pressurized cabin, causing a chemical explosion, merging the three men together.
