Batman Hush - Chapter Three: The Beast Review

The third part in the hush story arc begins in arkham asylum with batman trying to get answers from the incarcerated killer croc, this leads to another brawl between killer croc and batman which batman loses and killer croc escapes. Killer croc then goes after catwoman and as you can probably guess batman goes after killer croc and ends up saving catwoman in the process. In this issue we also see another flashback to batman's past and his youth with his friend tommy which provides a good contrast from the usual colors and style of the issues. This issue didn't feel as If it progressed very far in terms of the story but was crammed full of action like the previous two issues and moved along at a good pace. This was another great issue in the story but if I had any complaints it would be that I didn't find out anymore about poison ivy and the mysterious man that she is working with, overall this was a good issue and I had a lot of fun reading it and I am sure you would too.

Action fueled issue as the "Hush" story takes shape. 0

But Croc is able to break out and after a brief fight with Batman he takes off. But we find that Batman allowed him to escape in hopes that he will lead him to who is really pulling the strings. Writer Jeph Loeb also gives us a little more insight into Tommy Elliot's somewhat troubled past and his relationship with Bruce. We also...
