Lex Luthor has big plans for Gotham City, so he launches a rebuilding plan, calling on to every gothamite to work for Lexcorp and help him in his "humanitarian mission" and this new glimpse of hope is surely appealing and it´s sure to be a concrete thing, since Lex has DC in his pocket, but not if Bruce Wayne and Batman have some to say about a foreigner trying to get into their town - Rucka did a terrific job in this aproach of a business man trying to explore Gotham´s situation by promising to...
