Like I said for the part one of Penguin Returns, it has alright art work. It stays true to Penguins character that he is an intellectual threat as well as a physical threat. It also shows Cobblepot's humour and slight poetic in some of his talk. Batman says that Penguin has amazing speed and agility, and that he has trained himself, It also shows that Penguin can take a few hits from Batman. This Comic also continues Bruce Wayne’s romance with Vesper.
At the end of this comic it shows even though Batman knows that Cobblepot did those crimes, but still Penguin has done the crimes so well that there is no evidence that he is the culprit. My only gripe is Penguins unreal chin.
