    This issue finishes up the story from last issue. An ex cop named Tommy Carma is obsessed with Batman, impersonating him, and killing people. The opening scene is effectively creepy, but I have a lot of questions after reading this. For instance, how close is Wayne Manor to Arkham Asylum? Why Batman so sympathetic to these murderers? Anyway, a solid issue. Next up is Year One.
