More Than Just A Prelude 0
This is already the final round of Villains Month. How does the Batman series bring this spectacular period to a close? The villain in this week’s spotlight, Bane, might be the last, but he is certainly not the least. The GoodFirst of all, this issue features Graham Nolan as the artist. Graham Nolan. As one of Bane’s creators, Nolan knows how to make the character feel genuine better than anyone else. This is truly Bane looking at his best, combining a perfect mixture of realistic details and ove...

Blind Sighted 0
Spoiler alert!I won't do a full on review of everything just a certain part. Before Bane brakes the back of a man his daughter walks into the room. Bane then ask the man if he thinks he'll take mercy on him because his daughter is there. The man begs blah blah blah. The what happened after was quite shocking! The young daughter no more than 8 years (give or take) states that she's there too watch. The man was abusive to his wife and child and deserved no mercy. With that said Bane brakes the man...

Preparing for War 0
This was an issue that I was slightly excited about, but dreading following the disappointing Scarecrow issue last week. Bane has been one of the villains that I've enjoyed most over the years as although he's not always been used properly, when he is he's a huge threat to anyone in his way.PlotWith Batman gone Bane makes plans to return to Gotham City and take the city as his own.ReviewThis was a good issue, and although I enjoyed it, it was far from perfect. Peter J. Tomasi once again did a gr...

It's so hard not to hear Tom Hardy's voice when reading this. 6
This is another quick review because unfortunately personal issues have interfered with my reviewing pattern. This was a disappointing issue, but not bad and pretty decent actually, but it didn’t wow me like I hoped Tomasi would do for villain’s month. This issue just didn’t deliver the sort of Bane story I wanted, but I think Tomasi has the potential to make him great it’s just not totally evident in this issue, but it does setup Arkham war very well though.I have not read Talon, so I have no id...

The BANE of the .1 issues. 0
The final .1 issue of the BATMAN title is here! Featuring none other than BANE! Written by Peter J. Tomasi with artwork by Graham Nolan. The GoodUgh, hmmm, I.I.....I.... *sigh* got nothing. The BadSsssssssure, whatever you say crazy person. Who doesn't enjoy Bane? He's the only person that successfully broke Batman and took claim to Gotham City. Sure, that was a long time ago and most continuity hasn't stayed, but still anyone that's heard of Bane has heard that he Broke Batman! However, this ju...
