    The Penguin is back again, as he traps Batman and Roving into becoming his unwitting "Partners in Plunder"!

    Penguin uses an umbrella barrage to trick Batman into planning his next crime for him.

    This issue was adapted to the episodes Batman #103 - Fine Feathered Finks and Batman #104 - The Penguin's A Jinx.

    The Penguin completes his debt to society and gets released from prison. He faces his most perilous predicament: He can't come up with a caper or crime that's up to his standards. It's not that he has so many plots to pick from, he's just hit a dry spell. Kinda like Writer's Block, but for arch super-criminals. Instead of obvious therapy or some little blue magic antidote, the only think he can come up with is to draw Batman in and have him map out a caper for him.Hey kids! Batman's going to swi...
