    Batman #10

One word: wow. Coming into this i wss so excited for a huge showdown with the heads of the court, but i didnt know how it was going to go down. I read in an interview that there would he huge revelations and twists. I had to read it twice just to get all the amazement in. Scott Snyder has easily, brilliantly, and just so fricking amazingly made this story one to remember for all times. this is an epic we are witnessing but on to the review

Good: I can never complain with Capullo's art, and like a bunch of artists he might be leaving after issue 0 comes out, which will be hugely dissapointing. We see Bruce come back to where it all started for him. Where he originally thought the court of owls operated when he was a boy. too bad he didnt dig a little deeper. We find the some of the head figures poisoned. Now the court has now shown itself to be quite a large organization and snyder has done a nice job making sure that the court of owls can still be around for the future but for now they have taken heavy loses. On to some thing else

    SPOILERs

I had a feeling lincoln March was some how linked to the court. Something about him always bugged me, how he was originally targeted for assassination but was stopped by Bruce. He seemed like an honest and good man, too honest and good for me to believe. At the end of Det. Comics 9, ugh i hate even mentioning it, Batman was going to go after Lincoln. I didnt figure he was a target but instead someone important to the court. that hope was dashed when he was apparently killed by a Talon. To see that he had come back was a huge shocker and that he got himself killed to fool the court was another shocker but the most important shock was to know that Lincoln March isnt really his name, its Thomas Wayne Jr!!!!!!! Snyder left us the hints all through out the story, it only took this issue to bring them all together. Lincoln, or Thomas dressed up in the latest Talon armor is now going to take on his brother, Owl vs Bat. so next issue will be one of the biggest fights of the New 52.

Also, the Fall of the House of Wayne makes a huge revelation. At first i didnt really believe Lincoln, i still have my suspicions even after the side story, but this back up story is much better than the last. I mean to me it didnt make much sense last issue, but now i see why. Lincoln might be telling the truth, he was admitted to Willowwood by his family when he was born after an accident, at the corner of Lincoln and March. Wow, Snyder really went all out. things start to make a little sense and another curve ball comes in.

Bad: the whole brother complex, it isnt necessarily original. in talk of Batman oh yes it is original but this kind of thing has been done before, but im still not 100% convinced they are brothers. it is only a nitpick, of an otherwise perfect issue.

(after a little research i discovered there was a Thomas Wayne Jr. in old continuity so my little nit pick is now void :p)

Overall: Recommendation. GET IT AS SOON AS YOU CAN. after reading the snyder interview, he confirmed my suspicisions of Lincoln now being an "owl man" nod, which i thought would be perfect with his new suit. thought i should add that

    5/5

      Quintessential Batman 0

This has been such an iconically defining story for Batman. It's a shame sometimes that I get to this series last, sometimes I'm burnt out on reviews so I haven't gotten around to reviewing the past two issues, which were so chock full of such perfect moments that just screamed out loud the very quintessence of 'Batman.' I'll get to those issues soon, but they led us perfectly into this issue which continues to be Batman at the utter peak of perfection, interestingly enough a PERFECT first arc f...

      The Court Revealed 0

THE GOOD: Greg Capullo is an amazing artist and I think that him being on Batman was an amazing choice on DC's part. I really like the facial expressions. I also really like how he finds very creative way to look at things. He never does just a straight up shot, he likes to have fun with it. The story is amazing. We get to find out a whole bunch about the Court of Owls and the Wayne Family. Now, there are probably a lot of spoilers so I'll try to avoid them. We get to see who is basically behind...
