Stephanie Brown is the Cluemaster's daughter. She becomes the Spoiler to "spoil" her father's criminal plots, and dated Tim Drake while he was Robin. Steph temporarily becomes Robin when Tim is forced to quit by his father. Later, she briefly resumes being Spoiler before Cassandra Cain decides to pass her the mantle of Batgirl. In the New 52 and Rebirth, she's back to being The Spoiler.
Barbara Gordon was the first modern age Batgirl until she was brutally shot by the Joker, rendering her paralyzed from the waist down. Barbara reinvented herself as Oracle, providing intelligence to the DCU heroes and leading the Birds of Prey. She has recently become Batgirl once again to protect Gotham City.

Wendy & Marvin, twin children of the Calculator, were caretakers of Titans Tower until they were viciously attacked. Wendy survived and is now left in a wheelchair. She has recently taken up the identity of Proxy.

Damian Wayne is the son of Bruce Wayne and Talia al Ghul. Trained by the League of Assassins all his life, Damian joined his father’s side in the war against crime by becoming the fifth Robin.
At the age of nine, Timothy Drake cleverly deduced the identities of Batman and Robin. Four years later, after the death of Jason Todd, Tim convinced Batman that he should be the new Robin. He would later become leader of Young Justice.
The Gray Ghost is a TV character that Bruce Wayne admired from his childhood.
Bruce Wayne, who witnessed the murder of his billionaire parents as a child, swore to avenge their deaths. He trained extensively to achieve mental and physical perfection, mastering martial arts, detective skills, and criminal psychology. Costumed as a bat to prey on the fears of criminals, and utilizing a high-tech arsenal, he became the legendary Batman.
Marvin White is a teenager with super-intellect and along with his younger twin sister Wendy, joined the Teen Titans as caretakers of the Tower. However when Marvin and Wendy were attacked by their pet, Marvin was killed and Wendy was severely wounded. Marvin is the son of the Calculator.
Nell Little is a recurring character from Batgirl volume 3. She appeared as a child and was featured in a "future" sequence as Batgirl, Stephanie Brown's sidekick/partner.
Dr. Leslie Thompkins is a Pacifist doctor operating out of the toughest part of Gotham's criminal slums. She was a colleague of Thomas Wayne and a close friend to the Wayne family.
An Order of the Scythe member who uses a power suit to emulate the speedforce. One of Stephanie Brown's first rogues as Batgirl.
The once laughable Calculator turned over a new leaf to become a highly skilled information broker for villains. He is also a cunning manipulator and strategist.
Kara Zor-El is Superman's cousin and last survivor of Krypton's Argo City. She has a brash and defiant personality that she developed in response to the destruction of Krypton. Currently, she's operating out of National City alongside the D.E.O.
Jabberwock is the facilitator between the Reapers' charter and the mysterious Client. Jabberwock has a his own Reaper suit that enhances his strength.
Alfred Pennyworth is Bruce Wayne's loyal father figure and butler. Alfred raised Bruce (and later Dick Grayson) after the death of the Waynes. A former British secret agent, Alfred is a skilled surgeon who often treats members of the Bat-Family.

The daughter of two notorious assassins, David Cain and Lady Shiva, Cassandra left her father as a child after she killed a man and saw his pain and fear while he died. After saving Commissioner Gordon's life, she became the new Batgirl with Batman and Oracle's blessing, and was later adopted by Bruce Wayne. She would later give the role of Batgirl to her friend Stephanie Brown, and became Black Bat. In the New 52 and Rebirth, she takes the alias of Orphan.

Helena Bertinelli, born into one of Gotham's mafia families, became a spy and vigilante, destroying those that had killed her family. As a key member of the Birds of Prey, she has moved toward brutal, but non-lethal methods for fighting crime.
Roulette is a incredibly sneaky, manipulative and devious villian who makes her money in many illegal rackets, most notably fighting tournaments involving metahumans. She is a formidable martial artist herself and can fight with the best.
After giving himself the power to create duplicates of himself and being driven insane due to sleep deprivation, Frederick von Frankenstein turned to a life of crime. He is an occasional villain of Superman and the Green Team.
