A Drizzle of Rain Starts A Flood 1

The cover is nice but, really has nothing to do with the story. So, i really was disappointed with the cover. The story begins with Batgirl saving a train full of Gotham passengers from a man who wants to blow up the train. The best part of these panels was on page 6 ,this is including back and fronts. It is the first panel on the top were Batgirl kicks the guy holding the bomb in the face. Her face in this panel is very dark and mysterious and I love it. Flood's a-Comin' 0

What you need to know:I jumped onto the new Batgirl series when they did the "Collision" cross-over with Red Robin. Commissioner Gordon congratulated Steph for a job well done, which is very rare. A rain drop falls on Stephanie and for some reason it was kind of cool. As Oracle tries to befriend Wendy we find out that her dad was the evil Calculator. Her brother Marvin was killed trying to be a heroe, which is also ho...

    A calculated death 3

SPOILERS ABOUND IN THIS REVIEW....BE WARNED        We have a start of a new Batgirl arc brought to you by Bryan Q Miller, Lee Garbett and two inkers Jonathan Glapion and Richard Friend.  The issue starts with a beautiful cover by Stanley "Artgerm" Lau.  His covers are fantastic!  Steph looks beautiful and the Gotham back drop is classic bat-family!  When I walk into a shop the first thing I look at are what covers are poppin off the shelf and this one does.  Dark coloring be dammed it sticks ...
