    A fun comic for all ages 0

    This was a really fun and cute comic. I had no desire to read this series, but I saw that Booster Gold would be appearing in a couple of issues so I decided to check it out. I also saw that Dan Jurgens, Booster Gold's creator, was writting this and I got pretty excited. He felt like a perfect fit for Bat-Mite. It was pretty funny and moved along at a nice pace. The story is that Bat-Mite is exiled from the 5th dimension, and now he is thinking he'll be Batman's sidekick or the other way around. ...

    In retrospect, Bat-Mite is kind of like Superboy Prime. You'll recall that Superboy-Prime was reduced to a fanboy sitting in front of a computer monitor bemoaning the state of comic books. What is more memorable of Superboy-Prime is the tantrum he threw where he decapitated Pantha and the laundry list of dead heroes in his wake. In simpler times, Bat-Mite was a fun character; but taking a closer look at Bat-Mite stories, if Dick Grayson's Robin was a stand-in for the comic book reader, Bat-Mite ...
