Basil of Baker is a literary character created by Eve Titus. He is "The Sherlock Holmes of the Mouse World". He starred in five novels between 1958 and 1982. He was adapted into a film in 1986. His name is based on Basil Rathbone (a Sherlock Holmes Actor).
