Major Story Arcs
Scourge of the Underworld
Firebrand holds a meeting with other villains to decide what to do about Scourge, a vigilante that was killing minor supervillains. Unfortunately, Scourge is disguised as the bartender and ends up killing them all in a matter of minutes. Water Wizard arrives late due to a flat tire on his car. When he discovers the bodies, he quickly calls in Captain America and tells him what happened. Captain America then gets revenge on Scourge by setting up a trap for Scourge. Scourge falls for it and is ambushed and tied up by Captain America. Right as Scourge was about to reveal his identity, he was shot by another Scourge.
Small Wake For a Tall Man
In the Bar With No Name, Stilt-Man's funeral was held during the Civil War story arc. Punisher, who was the bartender, poisoned all of the villains drinks and put c4 around the building, then blew the place up. To his dismay, the villains got their stomachs pumped and survived the bombing, only receiving third degree burns.
Brand New Day
Eventually someone who called himself The Bookie started placing bets on Spider-Man to see if he could beat villains like Overdrive. He quickly went bankrupt though, and in a attempt at making his money back, staged a YouTube video featuring someone in a Spiderman costume getting beat up by "The Basher". Everyone bet against the Basher but Bookie, so he won most of his money back. A few minutes later though, Spiderman showed up at the Bar With No Name wanting to see The Bookie, for he faked the video. Spiderman was jumped by all the villains at the bar though, so a huge fight broke out, only to be stopped by the bartender Deke, who stated that the Bar With No Name was a sanctuary for those fleeing from the law.
