In many Battle threads, I see people using Bane in teams and voting for him in particular battles, but I have always wondered - where is the actual evidence proving Bane's skill? I'm not denying his intelligence, I've seen enough of that. What I am questioning is his actual fighting ability. Using the Knightfall incident as a reference isn't a reflection of his skill. Batman was utterly exhausted in that bout and Bane himself admitted that he could not take Batman head on. 
 
So, for the Bane fans out there, can you provide scans or proof of his actual physical skill? This isn't an attack on Bane, but it's a little annoying seeing people talk him up so much and yet I've seen zero scans reflecting his fighting ability.

@RainEffect: Bane fought Batman after that and almost drowned him, though Batman won by overcoming his fear or something similarly last-minute. He's trounced Nightwing, the League of Assassins, Ubu, KGBeast, Killer Croc, Man-Bat, and killed 15 Skartaris warriors unarmed. He has ridiculous endurance to the point where he barely feels pain when street-levellers and even a few metahumans hit him. AND he once saved Talia's life by killing a giant water dragon thing that attacked her.

Yeah he's good. I'm not sure whether he's overrated or not, but that's irrelivant.

LOL,i am glad that Nolan chose to incoporate the LOA in to his Bane,the audience needs to know he's strong,smart AND skilled.This is why i'm perfectly fine with Hardy being small(apprantely).Btw i have some MEGA SPOILERS of TDKR posted on the bat board.

There are several times that he abandoned Venom due to it's addictive qualities and was still a great fighter (Most notably Secret Six) So yes, he is absolutely as skilled as made out to be.
