Azzari the Wise last edited by Hyjurocket on 02/04/23 05:01PM View full history Creation T'Chanda in Fantastic Four Unlimite (1993) The character was first mentioned in Black Panther #1 (1976), written and illustrated by Jack Kirby, his name was Azzari the Wise, however, he only made one appearance in Fantastic Four Unlimited (1993), written by Roy Thomas. In that story, his name is said to be Chanda. He was later used by Reginald Hudlin in Black Panther (2005-2008) and Black Panther/Captain America: Flags of Our Fathers (2010), this time his name is spelled Azzuri. Another spelling used is Azzaria, which also came with a city named after him: Birnin Azzaria.
