    Hickman and Spencer did a great job of introducing us to the new series, which has a very interesting concept behind it. I did however feel that they tried to do a little too much too soon in this issue, as despite the argument that it’s necessary, the amount of different side plots could have been diluted down a bit. Or started over two issues instead of one. Hickman and Spencer did however give us a lot of suspense in this issue, with the mysterious nature behind the threat being extremely int...

    The Avengers find themselves dealing with a series of threats all around the world. Canada, the eastern seaboard of the US, Madripoor and Italy have all fallen victim to a series of strange attacks and scenarios.The Good:I haven't read a great deal of Hickman's Avengers and the size of the team initially worried me when I decided to check this out.     The first issue Avengers World is dealing with a series of threats that are escalating around the globe. In this issue, the Avengers are sent out to handle these new threats and try and stop them.I first have to say, I'm not the biggest Nick Spencer fan to begin with.
