Wanda Maximoff, the Scarlet Witch, returns with her full powers and memories. She summons Ultrons and Kree ships to try to kill herself but Wiccan stops her. Using her powers she discovers that he and Speed are reincarnations of her children. The newly returned Scott Lang learns that his daughter Cassie is the super-hero, like her father, called Stature. When the Avengers return Wanda tells them that she wants to try and fix what she caused on M-Day and repower the mutants who lost their powers and want them back. They call X-Factor and to ask if she may try to restore Rictor's lost seismic powers. After much protest from Madrox and Shatterstar he allows her to try and with a crackle of scarlet energy she repowers the former mutant. As the X-men arrive she tells everyone that she wants to give the X-men what they want: More Mutants!
