Kelly Sue Deserved Better
Much like James Robinson's run on JLA, Kelly Sue's Avengers Assemble was too bogged down by the events of the Marvel U and it's a shame that her tag team effort with Ellis couldn't have been better. Kelly Sue was able to get in two or three good stories and characters while working her way through Inhumanity, Infinity, and Age of Ultron, but this final issue finishes out the last storyline pretty quickly and then that's it. I would have rated this issue higher for the writing, but the art is all over place with 3 artists and all of them seeming to struggle with the material. I'll miss this potential of this book when Kelly Sue made it a fun, entertaining ride, but unfortunately that didn't always pan out. For now, I hope Secret Avengers can take on that role for me.
